When we’re in a room with a lot of people who are being loud and boisterous or when we’re on an airplane during turbulence, we can often feel that anxiety rise. In these moments, even though nothing bad has happened, our bodies feel on alert. That on-edge feeling is just a subtle shift in emotional energy.
